Appointment Cancellation Policy
Skinique LLC understands life happens & things come up, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact Skinique LLC at least 48 hours prior to your appointment & reschedule/cancel, free of charge. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in 50% of service(s) fee charged. For same day appointment cancellations, you will be charged an additional $15 late cancellation fee. For no call, no show, your appointment deposit will be non-refundable (forfeit) and a new deposit will be required when booking a new appointment. An additional 25% no show fee will also be required before booking any future appointments. Please be courteous of your skincare professional’s time, if needing to reschedule/cancel, please do so in a timely manner. If your card declines for any rescheduling, cancellation, or no show fees, you will be prohibited & banned from booking future appointments. All fees will include Groupon customers as well. Deposits are non refundable, no exceptions.
